Web2PDF ‘HowTo’:

  • 1. Sign up and start with setting the Conversion Options for your “Save page as PDF” button.
  • 2. Choose paper orientation for the printed PDF: Portrait or Landscape.
  • 3. Specify paper margins: in inches (Top, Bottom, Left, Right)
  • 4. Get JavaScript code: Generate JavaScript code and copy & paste it to the place where you want “Save page as PDF” button to appear. Code should be placed within the … tags of the template page.

    Tried it, clicked on [Make PDF] on my page,
    their site returns a message, like this:

    "Server error - come back later...".

    Obviously, this is NOT a [Button] to include in your web site.
    Pls, check it out and remove this entry from your otherwise excelet web site.

    Thanks for the comment, however you forgot to mention that Solid Converter is not FREE. I can't recall anything in particular now but I am pretty sure there are several alternative tools which are completely free.

    If you are looking for a great tool for saving web pages as PDF for Archiving, Solid Converter PDF V3.1 Professional does the job.

    Simply install the program, Choose the Printoption from your browser menu and choose Solid Converter PDF as your printer.
