Have you dreamed of cutting the cord but never been sure it's right for you? Well, you're in luck. This weekend, you'll be able to dip your toes in the water and see how it feels.

It's all thanks to Sling TV. The popular television streaming provider is offering a whole day of free viewing on Sunday, October 22. But what precisely will be available? And how do you get involved? Keep reading to find out.

What's the Sling TV Deal?

Sling has always offered a seven-day free trial, but this weekend's deal comes with one massive difference: no credit card required to sign up.

If you're a new customer, you'll be able to enjoy a 19-hour free preview of the Sling Orange package. The preview starts at 8am ET on Sunday morning and ends at 3am ET in the wee hours of Monday morning.

Sign up and you'll be able to watch the season eight premiere of The Walking Dead on AMC, classic Halloween movies like Hocus Pocus and The Addams Family on Freeform, and the latest episode of Good Behavior on TNT.

Existing subscribers are not eligible for this promotion.

What's on Sling Orange?

Sling offers different packages, each with a varied selection of channels. Sling Orange is the entry-level offering.

It gives you 28 channels. They will all be available as part of the preview. Popular channels include AMC, BBC America, ESPN, ESPN 2, Disney, HGTV, Comedy Central, Bloomberg, and CNN.

Typically, the package costs $20 per month.

How Do I Sign Up?

Nobody should turn their nose up at 19 hours of free TV, even if you have no intention to maintain your subscription once the preview period ends.

To sign up, head to sling.com/watchfree on Sunday morning [No Longer Available] and create a new Sling account.
