I was going to start this post talking about taking a trip down memory lane to watch some older movies. However, I'm willing to bet that for many of you (myself included), nothing we're going to talk about here came out in your lifetime.

That's because we're looking at a YouTube channel that has over 100 public domain movies available to watch anytime for free.

The list of films on the aptly named Public Domain Full Movies [No Longer Available] channel is truly staggering, ranging from some in the 60s and 70s, and going all the back to the silent film era of the early 1900s.

You'll find movies such as the original Night of the Living Dead and classics from Charlie Chapman.

Personally, I'm not overly familiar with a lot of movies from this time period, and for people like me, the channel's creator has set up playlists that make it easy to find types of movies. Here are some of the categories:

  • John Wayne full movies
  • Mickey Rooney full movies
  • Top 10 Christmas movies
  • Strong Female Characters in Movies

What's your favorite movie from the era of the classics? Are they on this channel? Let us know!
