Sorry about that- I made some improvements to PageZipper and inadvertently broke it for many sites, including MUO. Its fixed now.

Sorry I wasn't clearer: the article says ..."After adding a simple bookmarklet to your browser of choice or install the experimental Firefox extension"...

I don't want to install anything or add any buttons to my browser. What I'm looking for it a webpage you can visit, enter a URL, and be re-directed to a 'zipped' version of that url.

It works kind of strangely. For instance, when I use it on the MUO homepage this morning, the first article is your Cool Websites and Tools #319. When I scroll down to the bottom of the homepage, it brings me to the full Cool Websites article, then when scrolling to the bottom of that, it takes me to Cool Websites #318, then #313, 314, 315, 316, 317 and then it stops. Somehow, I don't think this is the intended functionality. :) I checked this out in Chrome, so it may behave differently in FF or IE.

This sounds great, and I've been looking for something of the kind for a while...but does anyone know of a completely web-based alternative?
