The reaction is to the news of video on Instagram, not the poll.

    Is it really useful ?
Instagram was the community of digital lomography and photographer, can they do that with video ? I doubt : video and photography are two different medias, for different purpose, and 15sec is very short, what people will share ?
It's look like more a reaction to vine, than a real wish to enhance the user experience.

It won't be as useful as it is.. .. maybe it is better if they could add up a plugin to convert that vid clips to a funnier gif's .. :) (just a thought) .. . it might get a lot more attention. ^_^

The Instagram was all about photos which people could share but now that it has videos people can share there memories which people can watch in motion but as far as i used instagram, i dont really have time to watch the videos which take forever to buffer. Now that instagram has videos it dont bother me but yeah it is useful.
