It seems Ubidesk offers many useful features at a very reasonable cost. In fact, they have a free plan without any functional limitation except the storage, which I hardly find nowadays.

I have been using Ubidesk from its very early stage open beta. My first impression was a nice surprise as it exactly had the features that I had been looking for – Microsoft Office file support, file preview, tasks, etc. The developers have been adding more features continuously, which was a real plus, too.

It took a long time for something great like this to be created! Good to see this kind of application! I’m glad to know that Ubidesk provides many of their features for free. It will certainly be one of the leading online collaboration tool.

That’s a great review. Direct Edit sounds very interesting. Just can’t get rid of Microsoft Office files even though I love to use wikis or google docs instead. Is there any other web application that supports Microsoft Office files?
