You can move with the mouse pointer, you can type anything with your keyboard. Why don't you move the victim's pointer just a sec before he doubleclicks on a icon? Why don't you switch with alt+tab to another window while the victim types an e-mail/document? This software was so broken that it really caused BSODs all the time.
