I spend so much time in the browser now adays that I don't see any real use for something like Vista Sidebar. I have nothing against the sidebar, I just don't use it myself, and have a hard time coming up with any reason that I would use it. My advice, access facebook via your favorite browser, I recommend using Facebook Lite on Google Chrome for the best experience.
