TranslateWebpageAtGoogle is a free to use browser addon compatible with the Mozilla Firefox web browser. The function of this addon is to let its users conveniently translate a webpage using the services of the highly popular online translation tool, Google Translate.
Normally, in order to use Google Translate for an entire webpage, people have to first copy the URL of the webpage, open up a new browser tab to visit Google Translate, paste in the URL, select the destination language for translation, and then click on the URL in the translation box. But by using this addon, users will no longer have to do the first two steps in this exercise.
In other words, you will no longer have to copy the URL of the webpage or physically open up a new tab and click on your Google Translate bookmark.
What this Firefox addon does is that it adds a new entry to your Mozilla Firefox context menu. Whenever you right-click on an empty area in a webpage that you are viewing, you will find the following new option in the resulting context menu – “Translate this Webpage at Google”. Clicking this option will automatically open up a new tab, load up Google Translate in it, and paste in the URL of the webpage in the to-be-translated box.
All you have to do from then onwards is to select your destination language and then click on the URL that is generated in the translation box. The translated version of the webpage will open up.
