I never tried TweetLater but I am using CoTweet.
CoTweet is more for business users who want to set up multiple twitter accounts. It is also integrated with bit.ly to automatically shorten any url in your tweets. This tool is very user-friendly but it would be nice if there are other handy tools that come with it.

I would love to get your feedback on a new twitter service which automatically tweets relevant news (by keywords) or RSS feeds to your Twitter.

http://oohja.com

What do you think?

For example all tweets here are 100% keyword driven:
http://twitter.com/oohjaMarketing

For Twitter automation i've got to say Twimbo from iq143.com was one of the easiest to set up and one of the more intelligent bots.

It only took a few minutes to set up and it's currently priced low for early adopters. My traffic has doubled since using it and I now have a great following on Twitter. I've even had new paying customers as a result! Winner.

I've been on twitter for about 4 months now and I am hooked. So much so, that we even created an integration with twitter for Treasurelicious.com. You can now leave comments about people's treasures via twitter.

It is hard to explain twitter to people, but once they get it, you cannot stop them.
