StripeMania is an online app that allows you to generate stripes online. No registration or download, simply choose the background color and the color of your stripes from a color table and start creating stripes. You can play around with the stripe width, stripe spacing and select one of the 4 stripe orientations.

Once you are done, you can download the striped tile and use it for anything you want.

Additionally, the site provides you with a number of tutorials showing you how to use stripes in your design or Photoshop.
