If you spend most of your time sitting in front of your computer (which applies to most office workers), it presents some serious long-term health hazards. Standing Clock is a useful app which simply counts your standing time and encourages you to stand up from time to time from your desk.
To start tracking your sitting habits, simply sign in with your Google account and press the green “Stand up!” button. When you sit down, press the red “Sit down” button. Repeat the cycle.
As simple as it works, you will get a grasp of the actual time you spend standing up by checking your history chart on the website.
