Just click "Send" on the item and choose MMS. It can send it to some major carriers (Alltel, Amp'd, AT&T, Boost, Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, and Virgin so far, even though some of these seem redundant).
