I've got bad MBR. The system stops with a Windows boot error of 0x000007B which means corrupted MBR.

I took the hard disk out and connected it as a external (USB) drive on another computer. What I can't seem to find is a program that will repair/restore its MBR.

Will this solve my problem?

I wish I knew about this app about 4 years ago when one of my harddrives failed to bootdue to corrupt MBR. I had to reinstall my OS on another hard drive and then recover files manually.
