Right Inbox for Gmail is a free to use tool that comes as a browser extension for the Google Chrome web browser. The primary purpose of the extension is to let you schedule the emails that you send out via Gmail. But in addition to this feature, it offers various other features that help you get the most out of sending emails.

Firstly, after you install the extension, you will find 3 new buttons in the bottom left of Gmail’s compose email message window. These 3 buttons are labeled Send Later, Track, and Remind Me. In order to send an email right away with its default Gmail options, you should simply click on the default Send Now button (the one in red). But you can also schedule your emails to be sent at some later time by clicking on the Send Later button.

A number of options will be displayed to you that let you send the email automatically in a few hours or at a specific date and time that you can set. You can mark the Track checkbox in order to get a read receipt for when the email is opened and read by the recipient. Not only that, but you will also be notified when the email recipient clicks on the links that you have included in the email.

The third button, Remind Me, lets you create a reminder for the email to be sent. Similar to Send Later, you can set up the reminder for a few hours later from now or you can set it up for a specific date and time.
