Instead of installing additional software, try this –

In Outlook Express, ensure that the defaut message sending format is set to HTML.

Then click the FORWARD button to open a new compose window.

The contents of the message will have a vertical line on the left side, which can be eliminated by clicking FORMAT > PLAIN TEXT.

If you need to send the email as HTML, just click FORMAT > RICH TEXT (HTML) and you’re set.

A couple of clicks more, but at least, there’s no additional software installed. That’s how I like it.

This doesn’t work on either of the two computers I tested on. It opens up a copy of the email, but there is no way to address it to anyone but the original recipient.

in outlook 2003 open the sent message from sent items, then you get an actnio->resend message menu item.
