Big blog sites such as the celebrity site, PerezHilton.com, use photos all the time and then link it back to the site.</description>

		<description>I get confused on copyright issues with Google images.  It is difficult to find those that are listed as Creative Commons.
I generally poke through flickr for that reason as they are easily found with CC.  I keep the file name string and then I just credit flickr.
Do you know a better way?
