In my opinion is easier to set up, easier to use, is cross-platform, and is more functional. It controls all programs, not just bit torrent. However if you only want to manage torrents remotely then I would suggest going this way coz this will certainly decrease the amount of data that is sent over the network.(great for slow connections) and also doesn't require you to run another extra program. Just my 2 cents :) Its cool anyway you do it as long as you get the job done. @Drew and Peter
