I wish I had an answer for you. Sadly, Facebook doesn’t always work the way it should. This is frustrating for the user and people like me as well. I wish I could tell you how exactly it works, but unfortunately, I have to rely on what Facebook says how it should work…and that apparently works sometimes and not other times. Sorry for the frustration and fingers crossed you will receive a response soon!

Hello tina,
so i deactivated my fb 2 years ago and i decided to reactivate it, but i forgot my password so i did as you mentioned and fb said that they would send me an email when i reached to ” How can we reach you?” and entered my new email address but they havent sent anything yet itd been 3 days or so. I tried using different email addresses and they still havent sent anything. What should i do?

Hello, I had forgotten my password and did not have access to my email address anymore (the one I used to login on Facebook)., So I followed the “Friends” process to reset my password, entered the 3 security codes, reseted my password and waited for 24 hours as requested., Today I received, the email bellow but when I try to login with my email address the error message says : We’re sorry. The email you used to start the account recovery process is already in use. Please restart the process with a new email address.
And when I try with the one I used to reset my password it says : Incorrect Email -The email you entered does not belong to any account.

What should I do ?

The first thing, is the above given name is not mine.
I have two accounts in facebook. But i forgot my old accounts username and password but i got the ID from the URL and i tried to login using that, but i already said that i forgot my password of that account, and one more thing i forgot the email id which is given to that account.

pls help me to know how to do all these things

when i tried to access my fb account from abroad, my account gets locked temporarily and displays the same….is there any provision to login my account from anywhere without ny trouble? if so, please help me

Hi, my account has been disabled a while ago.. and i forgot my password.. now everytime i click on “forgot ur password” i get this : (Your account has been disabled. If you have any questions or concerns, you can visit our FAQ page here.)
i want to recover my facebook account by entering my phone number.. but i can’t cuz there’s no password! please help.. :(

Hello,
My account has been disabled for almost a month now(faked name). I’ve tried to reactivate my account filling up a form from facebook. but after i have filled it up it direct me to facebook help and on the above row it appeared a notice saying – “YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL RESPONSE SHORTLY. YOU MAY NEED TO RESPONSE TO IT BEFORE BE CAN ASSIST YOU”. But sadly to say never receive any email response. what should i do?

i`m desperate i need someone`s help i had logg in approvals and i remmove my phone number from account and i tried to many thing i could think about but stil saying to contact facebook team i need the code or to logg in from reconized device but i dont have one…i allready send them report like milion times but noone didnt replay anything can anyone help me plesase
