    Dachser Non-Compliance in Asia

    Hi All

I have been working with this international Germany logistics company thinking that it was a great opportunity, that all their good words about compliance and chance to grow within the company was true. Unfortunately recently the truth came out and I realized how absurd was all their saying, telling every of their employees to be compliant following sop while the company itself is not compliant and have many wrong doing, they also can not respect the terms in contract that have been agreed and approved and trying to find any reason possible to not follow those terms.

I guess in some part of the world they are compliant but when it comes to Asia they do not respect the hard work that have been done by their employee and local management to make the company move forward, instead when all the work has been done and things seem to work properly they would choose to get rid of the people who have done all the hard work and replace it with someone else chosen to according to them would follow their compliance, compliance which is inexistent until the cleaning and operation have been set in place by the hard working people.

They would replace those hard working people without any gratitude and not following the terms of the contracts.

Any comments on this matter would be the most welcome, as usual once again big corporate companies think they are strong enough to not respect their small employees

    Kind Regards
