I don't really see the sense in recording radio, in any case though. I just access my radio through http://radiotimes.com (pretty sure its uk only)

Pretty weird how a site like that has basically the same name as radiotimes but without the S.. maybe it's just a coincidence.

Radiosure works well and records for free.
12,000 + stations, some connect, some don't, just like RadioTime. RadioTime allows searches, say for a hockey, ball game etc., then lists scheduled play times. I preset all PPV hockey games to listen to my fav team.

Nice article, Ryan. On top of that, we are almost neighbors as I live just up I-95 in Augusta. I hope it's not in bad taste to link another online radio source here. "streamingradioguide.com" is a great resource for internet listening as well.

Nice, I use Moodio.fm

My smartphone (LG Vu) couldn't play internet stations. Moodio streams any internet station using whatever protocol works for your phone. Plus, it's unlimited as far as what stations you want to hear, if the station you want isn't listed, simply find the stream url and add it (AM or FM). Then the station is not only available to you but to others as well, expanding thier offerings exponentially as new members are always adding stations.

It's completely free!

Also, Orb is completely free and not only can you schedule radio recordings, but any media stream including video. And if you have a TV card, you can schedule those recordings too from anywhere in the world. Plus access to your files if you find that you need something from your PC. Watch movies and play music from your home PC from anywhere with internet access.

Both above options are ad-free.

Just a couple of freebie versatile options.
