Regis — unfortunately, neither Keynote nor PowerPoint for Mac support embedding Flash in presentations, so I haven’t been able to do it. There is one glimmer of hope, though — Prezi (prezi.com) is even cooler than Keynote, runs on a Mac, and can use (some) Flash.
