Acting on behalf of Wicked Pictures, the not-so-subtly-named Takedown Piracy (TDP) sent Google a notice demanding the removal of thousands of links it alleged infringed on its client’s copyrights.     When I rule the universe, aggressive copyright attacks like Wicked's will cost them treble damages with prejudice; onerous agreements like Apple's will be immediately nullified and result in floggings for the board of directors of such a company*; Sony will be politely nodded at unless they do something illegal; and the gamer's donation will be matched whether the person he proposes to says yes or not.

    *Unless they're into that sort of thing.

      It's not about whether GitHub is working or not, it's whether or not links to GitHub projects are being illegally removed from Google Search.
