I would use Phonevite to send messages to the members of my organization. I have almost 200 members, and do not have time to call each one of them to remind them of simple things, such as “bring your updated information” or “let me know if you can bring a snack for our meeting”.

Just used it again this morning to cancel the day for my consultants and let them get an start on their Fourth of July Weekend. Time to prepare for today’s pre 4th BBQ! Woot!

Very useful. I like the idea of reaching eveyone of my friends with a single phone call. I also recommend to check out Rondee and Foonz. Both were mentioned here

I’ve known people who have used similar services to blast out a voice message to family and friends after they just had a baby.

What a wicked cool idea!

Now I can have everybody I know hate me at the same time! LOL.
