The Internet has a rich collection of numerous articles that span all possible topics. Most of us do not have the time to check out the articles that interest us in a single sitting. This is where bookmarks come into play. However we do not always remember the webpages and articles that we have bookmarked. OX for Chrome is a nifty tool that reminds you of these bookmarks whenever you open a new browser tab.
OX is a free to use browser tool that helps you catch up with bookmarks you have saved to read later. The tool comes as a browser extension for the Google Chrome web browser. Your first step in using it is to install the extension; the next step is to bookmark any webpages and online articles that you want to read later. Remember to save these bookmarks in the newly created bookmarks folder titled OX.
When you open a new tab in your browser from then onwards, you will find a visually appealing list of your OX bookmarks. You can click on the title of the bookmarks to be taken to their URLs. To the right of these titles you can get options to either archive the bookmarks so they do not appear on the new tab page, or ‘view and archive’ in a single step.
The bookmarks you archive are moved into the subfolder titled ‘Archive’ which you will find in the OX bookmarks folder.
