It doesn’t seem to offer anything remotely useful that CCleaner, Tuneup utilities, nor jv 16 doesn’t already offer, unless one of its many more features is the killer.

Just so you know, clearing out the registry of old or obsolete entries does not do much in terms of performance increase. Sure, there are less registry entries when you're done cleaning, but your system is already fast enough to scan past all of these and look for the key it needs.

Also, CCleaner is better.
