I just have to tell you this is more than a “personal problem”. My child saw erotic images on a WIKIPEDIA page.

I’m not the only one though. I’ve met people on the internet who have tried reporting these pages to wikipedia, but wikipdia doesn’t seem to respond.

Please don’t judge my situation without inquiring.

I’m not blaming the internet, I’m blaming Wikipedia–they have pages about “touching yourself” that include images of genitiles.

In case of mishaps, I have installed K9 protection.

And, yes, when my kids are adults, they might decide to see porn intentially, but at least I can tell them from an early age that it is WRONG.

If you don’t think porn is wrong, then think about prostitutes, and those in the sex business. They aren’t happy people. They have no purpose in life because their bodies are “sold” to people.

They are not to blame for Your problems. It seems to me like you’re blaming casual, everyday mishaps on the Internet. Well, missy, I’m here to let you know how terribly misguided your anger is. You want to keep your kids from looking at erotic images? Then why don’t you go ahead and keep your kids from looking a erotic images; nobody’s stopping you.

What you’ve got mahm is what we in the ‘Interwebs’ business like to call a “personal problem.” Don’t go blaming the Internet for being what it is; you, after all, are the one giving your child Access to that Internet. Man (or Woman) up and take responsibility.

And your kid’s just fine. A little porn never hurt anyone. They’re gonna see it all by the time their 16 anyhow.

Wikipedia is harmful to young children, (especially with parents who don’t have parental controls).

My child got traumatised from seeing harmful, erotic images on wikipedia. The “random article” button is especially dangerous, and developes adiction to these kind of images.

Everyone, I advise you to install K9 protection.
