		<description>Like this tip, encouraging low tech users to make backups, of any sort, is a good idea.

My current challenge is to figure out which of my utilities is &quot;cleaning up&quot; (deleting) my system restore points.  It&#039;s left me in a lurch a couple of times.

My current #1 suspect is CCleaner, but I haven&#039;t seen any mention of it when I checked.  The other &quot;suspects&quot; include:
  Ashampoo WinOptimizer
  Glary Utilities
  Advanced SysetemCare 3

Any suggestions would be appreciated</description>
