Lately numerous web services have tried tackling the issue of employee scheduling. By offering easily modifiable online schedules and other features, these services have helped a great deal; yet, some businesses, particularly those with multiple locations, require a better employee scheduling solution. “NimbleSchedule” is precisely that solution.

NimbleSchedule is a wonderful user-friendly web service that lets you schedule your employees online. The site offers a wide array of features such as support for multiple work locations and scheduling your employees across them. When you sign up for the service, you begin entering details of your business; these details include locations of your business, department in your business, and the positions held by your employees. Information can be imported from an offline CSV file too.

You can then create multiple schedules in which your employees all have different shift timings. You can shift between schedules anytime you want. Shifts can be entered by employee, department, or position; each scheduling entry allows you to specify the location as well as other details of the shift. Reports of employee hours and similar information are offered by the site and definitely benefit the employer. Employees also benefit from the service because of its ease-of-use and how it notifies them on phone of their shifts.
NimbleSchedule offers three different paid plans that support different numbers of employees; but the site also offers a 30 day trial that provides you with the proper tools to test the site’s usefulness.

The developers behind the service have been generous enough to offer 10 basic (6 month) licenses for free to the first 10 commenters on this post.

Great idea, I am hoping this isn't a re-post from March and they are still giving away 10 licenses, would love to try it, I own a small start up and even 25 a week is too much now.
