Obviously, the main use of the app is keeping track of medical histories. To do this, you will need to make a profile for each family member. To do so, tap the Profile button and click “Add Profile.” From here, you will enter the person’s full name and a nickname if you should so choose. Once finished, click “Save,” and the profile will be ready to go.

Once you have created a profile, you can start entering the medical history for that person. Simply tap the name from the profile screen, and it will bring you to the section where you fill in all available data for that person. You enter information such as insurance, medical team, health history, and medications.

One feature that is particularly useful for health history and medications is that it features a giant list of pills and conditions. This makes it easier to log them because you don’t have to worry about spelling them correctly. The lists are long, but if for some reason a condition or medicine you need is not listed, simply tap the “Other” button and you can manually enter something.

I am sure I am not the only one… but in lieu of separate apps to track medical info, financial info, travel info, etc., etc. — I use spreadsheets instead. One app. And I can customize to my own needs.

I do check out individual apps for inspirations though — on what fields to include and how best to organize my spreadsheets.
