One of the most coveted goals for all email users is that zero inbox. It’s a lofty goal that many email users will never see, but it is possible. A new web app called Mailstrom makes it not only possible, but it makes it a much less arduous task than you have ever imagined. Of course, it will still take a little work, but it’s certainly much less than trying to handle it all on your own.
Basically, what the app does is organize your emails in a way that just makes sense. You can group emails in quite a few different ways, each of which helps you select emails in large groups, and get them either deleted or read. You can sort emails by sender, subject, lists, time, social, shopping and size. Once you choose a sort method, it will show you all the messages that are the same in that field. It will select all the messages that match, and you can move or delete them all at once.
Depending on how much email you have, it could take you as little as a few minutes or as long as a couple of hours. Either way, it’s painless, and it will save you a substantial amount of time. One thing to note is that the popularity of the program is exploding, and the queue to have your email analyzed is quite long. It took almost three days to get the notification that my email was ready, so be patient, and you will be able to reach inbox zero before you know it.
