		<description>So someone finally thought about this problem from the perspective of the user with the problem. Nice! I&#039;ve played family technician plenty of times- sometimes without any remote access- and this should make it a lot easier. Thanks for posting!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve used Mac Helpmate and will vouch for it. It&#039;s not without some installation procedures, but it does let you do remote access to machines that are behind firewalls without port forwarding.

Timbuktu will also do that if you have Skype installed on the machines, and piggyback on the Skype protocol (specifically supported as such in Timbuktu).</description>
