It's not without some installation procedures, but it does let you do remote access to machines that are behind firewalls without port forwarding. Timbuktu will also do that if you have Skype installed on the machines, and piggyback on the Skype protocol (specifically supported as such in Timbuktu). I’ve used Mac Helpmate and will vouch for it.
