LongURL is a simple website that lets you find out where that shortened link from your email or a webpage is pointing without clicking on it.

This can come in quite handy for checking links in suspicious emails. Or even checking links coming from friends while at work. You never where it might take you ;-).

There are two ways you can benefit from it. Go to the website, paste the URL into provided field and see where it points to. Or install provided Firefox extension and hover over link to see where it leads to. See screenshot below

    You are using an outaged redirection service. There are a lot of them appeared last time.
    I have chosen fff.to - especially because of nice redirection statistics,
    traffic distribution and no limitation.
