@Michael: Check if you have Adobe AIR installed. On Windows, if you have AIR installed already, it will give you an option to save the application before installing it.

Looked good, went to download same only to find that the program was going to be downloaded *and* installed, thus bypassing all my control measures developed over 18 years. Very annoying and a pity but reality prevails.
