		<description>I am using Xp home sp3 and I can&#039;t get it to stay always on top. Even when I do change it to always on top using an external program, it does not stay. It just restores with blurry text, then it minimises to the taskbar for a very short time before it vanishes from there as well. It repeats the process regardless of whether I single or double click its tray icon. It works on the desktop though, when there are no windows behind it.</description>
