I am using Xp home sp3 and I can’t get it to stay always on top. Even when I do change it to always on top using an external program, it does not stay. It just restores with blurry text, then it minimises to the taskbar for a very short time before it vanishes from there as well. It repeats the process regardless of whether I single or double click its tray icon. It works on the desktop though, when there are no windows behind it.

Doesn’t want to install on Vista. Pops up an error message that i can’t read, but I do recognize “Windows Version”.

The installer language is definitely not German. It’s most likely Swedish.
