I have heard everything towards MakeUseOf, but never been accused of spam. If you are going to mark MakeUseOf as “spam” you probably need to redefine the whole concept of spamming.

You have the choice of unsubscribing, feel free to do so anytime.

There are a lot of people who don’t use a RSS reader and they prefer to put everything through their Twitter feed instead. This is primarily what the Twitter feed is for – not for spamming.
