Results for your host (host213-120-109-221.in-addr.btopenworld.com - 213.120.109.221):
Is BitTorrent traffic on a well-known BitTorrent port (6882) throttled?

* The BitTorrent download worked. Our tool was successful in downloading data using the BitTorrent protocol.

* There's no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent downloads. In our tests a TCP download achieved at least 34 Kbps while a BitTorrent download achieved at most 81 Kbps. You can find details here.

Is BitTorrent traffic on a non-standard BitTorrent port (10010) throttled?

* The BitTorrent download worked. Our tool was successful in downloading data using the BitTorrent protocol.

* Your ISP possibly rate limits your BitTorrent downloads. In our tests a TCP download achieved at least 545 Kbps while a BitTorrent download achieved at most 57 Kbps. You can find details here.

Ok so I use Verizon Fios in Fort Wayne and my upload is supposed to be 5mb and my download is 20mb. Regular broadban test show that these numbers are right on. But when I went to the test it told me that there was no problem but the download streams where only at 3mb which when downloading off of utorrent my speed always maxes out at 2.4mb. So are they throttling me?

Okay, I'm finding this just a little bit weird because I'm getting results of an average 50Kbps through this on all tests, yet I'm downloading at an average of 800+Kbps (upload at 250Kbps) normally.

Is it possible that B.T. (phone co.) are throttling that site through the whole test (based on it's IP) because it's firing BT (torrent) calls at them? - I know they can be sneaky buggers when they want to be...
