Another one that I use often is Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/. Malware bytes has both a paid and a free version.

They also have a support forum at http://forums.malwarebytes.org/. That forum also has an area called Tailwaggers and Jokes http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showforum=20 in case you need some levity.
