Though I find it more appliable to physical goods like gadgets/consoles/TVs/etc than web apps. On the web, the most popular app is no ecessarily the easiest to use, the fastest or the best looking one, usually it's the one with the crowd (often the very first one to launch). I agree that the site is organized. I think the kinks will get worked out as more and more people begin to use your site and send you feedback. If I could make a suggestion, I think you would gain a lot from either having a Twitter (or YouAre account) with someone that takes questions (Digsby does this) or someone who regularly gets on AIM at a certain time of the week and takes questions (like Flock). Like I said, just a suggestion. @Jose

Just like when a new gaming console is released. Everyone jumped on the Nintendo DS when it first came out and encouraged me to do the same, but I waited and was eventually rewarded with the DS-Lite.
