Utility developer IObit has announced the release of Advanced SystemCare 6, an update to the long-standing SystemCare software. The new version, which is available immediately, focuses on refreshing and updating the interface while also enhancing the performance and utility of existing features.
Much of the re-design revolves around a split between one-button and expert modes. In one-button mode the software can scan a system of errors and present possible solutions with a single click. Expert mode, on the other hand, provides options that control how the software works and what problems it should look for. It also can be used to access some of the software’s more advanced features.
Other features include a safe-surfing monitor that protects against suspicious websites, a performance monitor that provides real-time information a disk defragmentation tool and an Internet performance optimization wizard.
The software is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. Users can obtain it immediately from IObit’s website. The basic version is available for free and the PRO version is sold for $29.99.
