In The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, players get procedurally-generated runs every time they play. This means that you’ll never have the same run twice, and enemies (including bosses) and items are always different. However, since we are talking about Rebirth, there is an option to continue if you die. This lets you start that dungeon from the beginning, without any changes to the layout.
