Do you use Norton AntiSpam to filter your email? It's a great tool for keeping spam out of your inbox, so your email is nice and clean, but like all spam filters, sometimes it can make you miss an email that actually want to get.

Don't worry, though, because we'll show you what you need to do to whitelist an email address and prevent you from missing another email!

• First, select the Status & Settings tab.
• Click on Configure.
• Head to the tab called Allowed List.
• Click Add.
• Enter the email address you wish to add to your whitelist.
• Click OK.

Now, when a sender from the address you've stored sends an email, it'll come directly to your inbox, as you and the sender intended. Remember, you'll need to do the above process for each email address you want to whitelist.
