When you lock your computer, you're doing it because you're done using it. That means you also don't need the monitor anymore. So why not have it turn off every time you hit that lock shortcut? It can be done, and it's quite easy!

You'll to download a portable program called MPowerSaver [Broken URL Removed]. There's no need to install the program, so you simply need to double-click it and run it.

The app's icon will appear in the taskbar on the bottom-right of the screen when it's running. You can double click on it to tweak any of the settings.

Speaking of which, you'll want to open the Settings and set the program to run whenever Windows launches, otherwise you'll have to manually launch it every single time you boot up.
