XP Its true, these tips are pretty common knowledge and have been around for ages, but it's not so much that you CAN make a label or a filter (because... well.. that's obvious, isn't it?) , but what to do with labels/filters so that they combine to create an effective over all system. Even my mother, who I hassled for years to make the switch to GMail and Thunderbird from Hotmail and LiveMail knows how to do all of these things.
