ok but i am not sure which version i should update my firefox to .. some won’t even work on my mac because my mac is pretty old .. if u can tell me what version i can update it to i will try, thanks for your help

Why not update to the latest version of Firefox and try it out.My guess is that version compatibility could be an issue.Just give it a try…

everytime i try add a dictionary to my firefox it quits! it is starting to piss me off.. i deleted firefox and reloaded it because it was getting so slow to upload a page lately so i thought deleting it and downloading it again will help solve the problem, now i dont have a spelling checker and each time i click add dictionary it quits .. i have mac os 10.3.9 and firefox 2.0.0.20 . please help

Please note that Opera browser also has this feature in version 10
And had it even before that, but where a bit hard to find.

Another good one is Hyperwords. Just got it and I’m loving it better than the default one in firefox.
