I just had someone pay for a consult while I was offline, come back later and let me know that when they returned when I was online, they were taken to a livezilla page that asked for the name and email, then right into the chat. I thought of that while I was writing the article, and was considering writing a script that would process the request and provide the user with a key - but then I realized that's overkill, because even if the user bypasses Paypal to enter my chat room, I still have to click on an "approve" button to accept the chat. So if the person hasn't paid, they don't get approved.
