And it is one of the easiest that I've seen to work with. It isn't a proxy that you can deploy for your organisation but for home users, and casual surfing, it's quite adequate. I use it myself. There are several other software which do a similar function, of course, but I haven't used them myself - freeproxy and 3proxy look like the better ones of the lot. If you want an industrial strength proxy, you can give <a href="http://www.squid-cache.org/Download/" rel="nofollow">Squid a try</a>.
