		<description><![CDATA[I find I have to adapt the method based upon who will be receiving it. Some will get a mht file to open. I usually zip or 7Z the web files to reduce the download time. Some will get a link. Especially those with bandwidth usage concerns or I have several web pages I would like them to view. Others will get a &quot;webshot&quot; file.
