		<description>Uhh..., looks like the Vista SP2 &quot;upgrade&quot; destroys all previous system restore points (in addition to resetting the desktop to virgin condition). And Office 2000 doesn&#039;t work anymore. It did before I installed the SP2 upgrade.

Guess Microsoft has screwed us yet another time.</description>

		<description>THANK YOU! The instructions on rolling back a patch were spot on. I wasted an hour and a half tinkering with the screen resolution and display options before I realised that my blurry screen was the product of a Windows update. 

This solved it quickly and easily. I&#039;m so grateful!</description>
