I have a messed up iTunes library with over 13000 songs (a lot of duplicates and missing files and have purchased and applied Tidysongs. None of the functionality (Missing files, duplicates, artwork) works. It just can chew that much stuff and comes back with issues such as file access or simple terminates saying that iTunes does not respond. I hope to get my money back. I can attest to the recommendation… to the extent that I have experienced (nothing but) limitations of the tidysongs product.

I have a messed up iTunes library with over 13000 songs (a lot of duplicates and missing files and have purchased and applied Tidysongs. None of the functionality (Missing files, duplicates, artwork) works. It just can chew that much stuff and comes back with issues such as file access or simple terminates saying that iTunes does not respond.

I hope to get my money back.

I have tried to erase every file that was either created or modified on the day I installed tidysongs in hopes of just getting a clean start. Nothing works!!!
